Sundays are for buying flowers - 100 x 70cm

This piece was born from a slow Sunday morning in Adelaide spent in my mum’s florist, Little Flower Store. Surrounded by flowers and that familiar “weekend softness,” I found myself thinking about the things that make Sundays feel sacred: buying flowers, running long with friends, and drinking good coffee. The quote became one of my most shared lines of 2025.

Hand-painted in acrylic on canvas, this 100 × 70 cm is the biggest edition I have done of this quote. Layered with acrylics and oil paint.

It can be stretched or framed raw (which is what I recommend).
Ideal for studios, living rooms, creative corners, or anywhere that could use a Sunday energy.

Details
– Size: 100 × 70 cm
– Colour: Burgundy, Purple, Red, Blue, and white.
– Medium: Acrylic on canvas
– Original quote by Josh Lynott
– Display: Stretch or frame raw
– Comes with “Josh Lynott Official Certification” note.

A piece for runners, flower buyers, coffee drinkers. Well, really, it’s for anyone who believes Sundays are meant to be lived slowly.
