This piece was born from a slow Sunday morning in Adelaide spent in my mum’s florist, Little Flower Store. Surrounded by flowers and that familiar “weekend softness,” I found myself thinking about the things that make Sundays feel sacred: buying flowers, running long with friends, and drinking good coffee. The quote became one of my most shared lines of 2025.
Hand-painted in acrylic on canvas, this 50 × 70 cm artwork carries that same warmth and ease. Layered with acrylics and oil. I put layer upon layer upon layer of paint on this one.
It can be stretched (which is what it was when I painted it. It’s made to be shipped and restretched.
Ideal for studios, living rooms, creative corners, or anywhere that could use a Sunday energy.
